Nokia 2626 Key Pad Not Working for Nokia

keypad not working problem. this image is showing the keypad ways from ic to the button. you can check that the links are working ok or not these are the test point for nokia 2626 keypad problem. if links are working and showing continuity then rehot or resold the dial ic. if it is not working till now you have to change the dial ic.
